How can I modify my order?

If, for any reason, you wish to modify your order, we can help you. If you received the tyres or they are in transit (they left the warehouse), some handling fees may apply.

Please note that we can only accept returns if the tyres have not been installed on the vehicle or driven on – the tyres are no longer suitable for resale once they are installed or driven on. For more details, please contact our team.
 

How can I change my appointment at the dealership?

If you wish to change the date or the time of your appointment, please contact us at support@blackcircles.co.za and we will liaise with the dealership to try and accommodate your new requirements.

If the tyres have already been dispatched to the dealership for installation, we may be unable to accommodate a change of dealership without charging additional fees for the initial delivery. As shown online, we always offer the earliest installation date, this is why we are often not able to move appointments at earlier dates - unless the tyres have been confirmed as already delivered to the dealership.
 

How can I change the delivery address on my mail order?

If you wish to change the delivery address on your mail order, please contact us at support@blackcircles.co.za with the new address.

We will attempt to accommodate all requests, but in some cases - depending on when we are notified of the required changes - deliveries may encounter a delay.
