What do I need to do to prepare for my installation?

Please take some time to read through our pre-installation checklist to better prepare for your upcoming installation.

Pre-installation

Check your order confirmation and make sure you bring the necessary equipment (such as locking wheel nuts) to your appointment.
Check the dealership exact location and the traveling time to make it to your appointment on time.
If you notice some issues with your order, please contact us through one of the following methods.

Please note that our working hours are from Monday to Friday (8.30 AM to 4.30 PM)

Installation Day

If you have less than 4 tyres to install, please inform the dealership and identify the tyres to be replaced.
The installation process will take about an hour (once the work has started), the dealership will be able to provide you with an estimated time and keep you informed.
The price you paid online includes installation fees, balancing, new rubber valves and disposal of your old tyres. No further payment applicable. If you require additional services (that were not selected online), you can take arrangements with the dealership and pay directly onsite.
If you would like to keep the tyres that were removed, please inform the installer before the installation.

Once your tyres have been installed

Please check your tyres regularly to make sure the correct pressure is maintained (ideally, every 2 weeks).
