We work hard to deliver the best brands at competitive prices, whilst offering a team of experts available to looking after customer needs at every step of the process, pre and post-sale. Blackcircles has now launched a Franchise in South Africa, which is owned by Sumitomo Rubber South Africa (Pty) Ltd. and will be run as a separate division.
The South African online tyre shopping platform blackcircles.co.za is dedicated to simplifying the tyre buying process so that consumers can research and purchase tyres, as well as schedule an installation appointment. We are a company legally registered in South Africa under the name “Sumitomo Rubber South Africa (Pty) Ltd.” and having our principal place of business at The Old Factory Building, Lion Match Office Park, 892 Umgeni Road, Durban, Kwa-Zulu Natal, South Africa.

ORDERS
The website allows a person (“user”) to place electronic orders (“order”) for one or more item/s on offer as long as such products are available and not sold out. A purchasing contract (“Terms of sale”) between the user and Blackcircles (“us”) shall be complete only once the customer has placed an order and the payment has been processed fully, meaning Blackcircles has received and accepted the payment.
EXPORT RESTRICTION
We do not deliver outside of the borders of South Africa.
SHIPPING INFO
Goods are delivered via courier companies within South Africa at standard delivery costs. Delivery prices are subject to change as determined by courier providers. Deliveries in South Africa takes between 7 to 10 business days for door to door service. We offer an express delivery in which we enevour to deliver between 1 to 3 business days. We do not deliver to countries or areas outside of South Africa. We cannot guarantee that delivery can be effected to any specific address. Should we be unable to deliver your order, for any reason whatsoever, we will contact you and arrange to re-imburse you for the full value of your purchase.
SHIPPING FEES
Shipping fees cost R149/Tyre. Delivery rates are calculated at a Flat Rate Nationwide fee of R149/Tyre which is a mandatory line item prior to payment.
TRACKING
Upon successful completion of an order, you will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours. Please contact us directly if this confirmation is not received.
RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Returns, refunds and exchanges are covered in detail in our Returns Policy. Should your order be damaged in any way, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the delivery. We will handle these on a case by case basis and assure you of our commitment to works towards a satisfactory solution.
