Order process
STEP 1: When purchasing tyres from blackcircles.co.za, you need to know your tyre size. If you have this information you can enter it directly into our tyre search tool. If you don't have the information, you can search for the size installed on your vehicle using our vehicle search tool.
Option 1: The image below shows how to locate the size information on the sidewall of your tyre.
If you know the size of your tyre, please enter it into the search tool as indicated below:
Option 2: If you do not know your tyre size, you can use our vehicle search tool to find the tyre size that was originaly installed on your vehicle.*You will need to enter the following information:
1. Car Brand (make)
2. Car Model
3. Specification
4. Year
*Our tyre and vehicle database will show what tyres were originally installed on your vehicle. However, we do recommend that you check the tyre size currently installed on your vehicle.
STEP 2: Once you have entered your tyre size, click “Search” to see our search results for available tyres on blackcircles.co.za. Once you have selected your tyre(s) size and adjusted the quantity needed, click "Buy" and you will get the options to buy more tyres and/or to select a dealership for installation.
STEP 3: As demonstrated below, you can search for a dealership by entering the location where you would like to have your tyres installed. You will be presented with a list of dealerships to choose from and you will be asked to select a date and a time of the day for your appointment.

The dealerships we carefully selected are located throughout South Africa and they offer quick and convenient installation, suitable to your needs and availabilities. We ship tyres to the selected dealership and we take care of all the arrangements. All you need to do is to get to your appointment and have your tyres installed.
Installation
Where is the nearest dealership?
1. Click on “Installer Search” in the menu
2. Enter your location
3. Set the convenient distance from your place to the dealership(s)
4. Click on “Update”
Our dealership search result page will show you the list of dealerships in order of distance from the location you provided:
If you have already selected your tyres, you will also be able to see the earliest installation date available for each dealership.
STEP 4: As illustrated in below, you can review your order summary e.g. the selected tyres, the quantity, the prices, the dealership and the appoointment date.
STEP 5: Entering your personal and vehicle information
Once you entered your information, click on “Payment”
STEP 6: At this point, you can make a payment through the secure Ecentric system. Our payment page will accept the following debit or credit cards : VISA, MASTER CARD,
